  ◦ 3. Computer Scorer

  ◦ Recommend to place in page protectors

• GDSA DQ Slips (QTY 24)

  ◦ Cut separately and stapled in packs of 12

  ◦ Provide 4 packs for the head referee

  ◦ Provide 4 packs for the assistant referee

  ◦ Have extra packs available during meet

  ◦ The PDF file contains 1 page with 4 DQ slips

• GDSA Starter Sheet (QTY 1)

• GDSA Relay Take-off Sheets (QTY 2)

  ◦ The PDF file contains both ends (2 judges)

  ◦ 2 required for 4 judges

• GDSA Lane Timer Sign-in Sheet (QTY 1)

  ◦ All six lanes are included in the PDF file

  ◦ Include with lane timer sheets and clip board
